Good-looking and well-built, Seiko’s Superior collection defines value in mechanical watches. Each of these nine Superior SSA styles is equipped with Seiko’s 4R37A 24-jewel automatic movement, a frequency of 21,600 beats per hour, and hacking and hand-winding capabilities. Along with a date display at 4 o’clock, each watch features a 24-hour indicator between 9 and 12 o’clock.

To protect the inner workings, the Superior boasts a stainless steel case, a slightly domed Hardlex crystal, and a display case back that allows you to see the movement. Luminous hands and hour markers make for easy reading in the dark, while water resistance up to 100 meters means it’ll hold up in a variety of environments, from day-to-day wear to the great outdoors.
