I'm super bummed, the mic isn't working on mine! Neither wire works. Tried on 2 different PCs. Do not recommend --------- I'm requesting a replacement from Massdrop. They want me to mess around with Sennheiser, but I am not RMA'ing these BRAND NEW HEADPHONES to get a rat bag refurb someone used for 2 years.
ScatterMy mic isn't working either. I just got them form UPS minutes ago. I have troubleshot them on my two iMacs, iPhone, iPad, and xbox one and xbox 360 and nothing is recognizing my mic

Just contacted Sennheiser and they are stating to send it in to them, but I would rather hear from mass drop on this issue to see what they say. Sennheiser said it would take 2 weeks to send in and get a replacement sent back ◕⌒◕ MassDrop Please let us know what needs to be done since there is more than one of us with this issue
ScatterMassdrop is great! it's actually not their fault that we received a faulty headset. I have done business with Massdrop several times and so far it's been great other than this one item which again isn't their fault. I am sure they will handle this Appropriately and swiftly. I have emailed them as well as put in a request for a replacement,. I am hoping to get a replacement form mass drop but if they are not able to do so , then I would gladly accept the refund and just redo the drop when they open it back up
bjwI agree, they should offer a refund, but their FAQ(just read) says they do not offer refunds period and to fight with the vendor. I called my mastercard company and started the chargeback process to get my money back. It's been over a day with no response from Massdrop. I'll probably never buy from these jokers again. It would of been worth it to pay the extra 10$ to buy it on Amazon for the customer service.
ScatterMassdrop honestly may be trying to consult with sennheiser on this if they had more people with the same issue. Others may have just emailing support instead of posting here
