  • Tea origin: Nanping City, Fujian Province
  • Tea bush: Min Bei Qi Zhong
  • Tea master: Wang Ji Qing
  • Harvest time: end of April
  • Picking standard: 1 bud and 1 leaf
  • 3.5 oz (100 g)

Steeping

  • Steep 3/4 tablespoons in 12 oz of 212º F water for 2 minutes. The leaves are good for 4 more infusions, but add time to each subsequent infusion.
