In Smash Up, ninjas strike from the shadows, zombies refuse to stay in the “discard” pile, and dinosaurs bring power (and lasers!) to the battle. Designed by Paul Peterson, this shufflebuilding game features eight distinct factions that you can mix and match to defeat your opponents. Players choose two factions—like ninjas and zombies, or robots and wizards—and combine their decks into a force to be reckoned with. Complete with 160 minion and action cards, 16 base cards, and a 12-page rulebook, the core set is highly replayable and just plain fun. This drop also comes with a whopping 14 expansions. See below for more details.
Note: This drop includes the Smash Up core set and all available expansions: The Obligatory Cthulhu Set, Monster Smash, Pretty Pretty Smash Up, Science Fiction Double Feature, It’s Your Fault, Bigger Geekier Box, and Awesome Level 9000, Big in Japan Expansion, What Were We Thinking Expansion, Cease & Desist Expansion, and World Tour: International Incident Expansion.
Throw even more factions into the mix with the included expansions. For creatures beyond the mortal realm, shuffle in The Obligatory Cthulhu Set, which features Cthulhu cultists, Innsmouth locals, and more. Monster Smash adds your favorite horrors, like vampires and mad scientists; Pretty Pretty has kitty cats, princesses, and mythic horses!
Meet cyborg apes and super spies in Science Fiction Double Feature, and fight with a bear cavalry on your side with Awesome Level 9000. For It’s Your Fault, publisher Alderac Entertainment Group let fans vote on their favorite factions. The result? Dragons, mythic Greeks, superheroes, and sharks! And in response to the community’s call for a better storage box, the company created Bigger Geekier Box. This oversized box comes with three long trays, high-quality dividers, foam spacers, and a bonus faction: the geeks. Now featured as well is the Oops, You Did it Again expansion for even more fun.
