Anyone having issues with the included remote? Mine came with a dead battery and I luckily had a spare 3V battery to replace it with but a day later it stopped working again. Anyone else having this issue?

Weastyeah my remote also came with dead battery. installed new battery . worked fine until next day .battery dead again. just starting taking battery out after every use. every time i leave battery in remote it dies.nice unit remote is a joke.

WeastOn the SMSL Q5 pro you have to press the "A" button for it to work.Functions B and C do not communicate with the device.

alexlong122I contacted support and they sent me a new amp and remote since they had extras and the new remote came with a good battery and hasn't died on me since. Must be several faulty remotes...
