Though it was founded in 2002, Speake-Marin carries on the centuries’ old tradition of Swiss watchmaking with great finesse. The Wing Commander and Seafire models are great examples. With vintage style and modern movements, both watches exude class and old-timey vibes—whether you focus in on the spade-shaped hour hand, onion-style crown, or dotted chapter ring. Another cool feature is the rotating seconds disk at 9 o’clock. As time passes, it slowly rotates, almost like vines moving in the wind. Made with titanium cases, these watches are lightweight and strong, which is a good thing, as they house a powerful 31-jewel movement and 25-jewel movement, respectively. The polished lugs are super pronounced, drawing the eye to the center of the dial.
