I have had the same problem with my drop too. I contacted your helpdesk who said they will contact the coordinator of this drop. I have not heard anything since. I'm pretty disappointed as this is my first purchase through massdrop.. it's leaving a bad impression

Hi,
I am having similar issue with arrival. I rang DHL yesterday and was told they were still waiting for the goods to be handed over to them! They don't even have my goods even though my transaction history says it was shipped on the 5th of May.
I have sent an email to support but no reply from Massdrop. Could this please be address?

HassanSHi, Just wondering where my Spring Hare Fat Quarter Bundle had gone - Transaction ID # MD-5739-390789. I received an email to say it had shipped on the 25th April (tracking # GM295324483777848704). When I click on the tracking info, the DHL site tells me:

The DHL site tells me to contact my merchant, so that is what I am doing.

I have personally reached out to DHL Support regarding the whereabouts of this package, as it appears to have been lost in transit; as they would typically indicate on the timeline which location the package is stuck at.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in tomorrow. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
