The combination of S30V, an excellent stainless steel; grippy G-10 scales; and Spyderco's design, manufacturing skills and proprietary compression lock is hard to beat.
And the price is right.
What I don't get is waiting for this great knife when it's already available at very nearly the same price at any Spyderco dealer.
hatmanI do have to admit that I was amazed by the good ergonomics of the Para 3. Although I really love my PM2's, the Para 3 isn't that bad at all. It's smaller, for sure. But it's definitely not that worse and IMHO a very capable (hard use) EDC knife.
