If the person behind this drop doesn't respond soon I am going to report this and put in a claim at paypal and have this shut down. What The Fuck Is happening with this drop.
I have to say I'm very impressed by that. Thanks to you and everyone involved for helping me with this and fixing my screw up. Much appreciated and this will go a long ways toward keeping my business in the future.
Cheers!
Does the glass breaker have a carbide tip? Those are the only ones that really work.
Also, I don't understand the whole seatbelt cutter thing. I mean, can't you just unbuckle the seatbelt?
TeephudIn a car crash your seat belt is made to stay in no matter what, the button generally comes second in terms of design and can be damaged in a severe crash, so you'd need to cut yourself out.
TeephudI was in a accident where the truck tipped over to the side snd I was left hanging by the seat belt. I tried to undo the seat belt but the button wouldn't unlatch me since all of my weight was on it so it would not let me go. Luckily at the time I was skinny that I was able to squeeze myself free cuz if it were to happen right now I wouldn't be able to do so.
It's really not that expensive and everything is held together in one small easy to use item. Plus if your car is small you won't be able to get the hammer up to speed fast enough to break the glass while the vehicle is underwater. Trust me the external pressure applied to the window is enough to compensate for the hammer's swing, especially with the decreased range of motion.
About $20 on Amazon give or take, depends on if the price changes (I didn't even know Massdrop ever made a drop for this till I posted this comment, but I have owned one since about 6 months before I posted this comment):

I wanted to point out that even though it says "Quick Charge" in the description, it does not in fact seem to be a Qualcomm Quick Charge device and only does 5V 2.4A
The razor is very low profile. The only way you are going to cut the charging cord is if you try to cut it or you are the most unlucky person in the world.
