As someone who has been building/flying FPV quadcopter for a while, that transmitter is unknown, the protocol is unknown and the package in general is expensive for what you get.. You can find a cheap deal on Quadcopter on the same scale with transmitter and goggles for cheaper on banggood. Love mass drop, but this isn't really that great.

Money will go a lot further buying a mini quad-copter that can be interfaced with something like beta-flight and paired with something like a Flysky controller (which can be paired with other quad-copters as you upgrade or try different ones).
