Hi Folks,
This Drop is sponsored by Chane Music & Cinema. I've been Swan's authorized North American importer, distributor - and in some cases design partner - for over ten years.
We're happy to support MassDrop, and look forward to doing more on the platform. Let us know what you think and how we can serve you. Thanks for being aboard!

JonLaneWhat is your suggested setup for this system? I see a lot of people recommending the woofer to be placed at the same level as the satellite speakers and between them for optimal sound quality. If surface real estate was an issue, would the sound quality be degraded placing the woofer on the floor or having it not centered between the speakers?

JonLaneHi Jon Lane, Can you let me know the dimensions and weight of the packaging? I need to ship by courier out of US and want to know how much it will cost me.
Thanks, Silver Strike.
MST3K_ServoGood question. The M10 is the smaller of Swan's 2.1 channel systems, so its satellite crossover frequency is a little higher. I'd keep the woofer on the desk. Plus, the VC is on the woofer, so if you want to use it, you'll want the woofer closeer to hand.
SilverstrikeBagged, foam-packed, and cartoned the system comes to 16#/7.3kg. The carton measures 17 x 13 x 11 inches, or 423 x 339 x 280mm.
These North American-market M10s are 110v/60Hz only (and are technically not warranted for export) although I understand they now make these 'voltage converters'. ;o)

JonLaneGood point about the VC, that somehow slipped my mind. Thanks for the answer.

JonLaneHey Jon, I just replied on this thread for other users, but wanted to give you a heads up. Looks like these aren't properly shielded, mine are picking up a radio station and I don't own an antenna of any kind.
