This looks like really pretty and well made pen. Reviews I found online say it's a smooth writer with good build quality. Here's a video:

Too bad I can't justify purchasing 100$ pen right now. MSRP is a bit off on this one. PenChalet has it on "sale" for 103$. So it's not that big of a drop in price on this one.

Well everyone is listing the MSRP at $129 so it looks correct. At the $99 price I agree, not much savings but at the lowest price of $89 its a pretty good deal really.

There are a few places just on the first page of Google search results offering $89.99 for the pen.
Couple of reviews on FPN that suggest the build quality is sub-par, especially for the price, so....I think I'll wait and see how this plays for a while before jumping on it.

YankeeBravoI love the shape though. Not sure about the quality. I've learned my lesson with semi-expensive pens from brands which are not known for their exceptional QA.

JonasHeinemanWell...Now that I'm searching on desktop, for some reason I'm not seeing the same results I did on my S6, so...They may have been "promoted" ads rather than search results.
Remember seeing one result from Isellpens at the $89.99 price, though I'm not sure how reputable they are.
Nevermind, I guess?
Pen Chalet's selling for $103 as mentioned, and from Amazon listings, $103 seems to be pretty typical, so...Guess Massdrop's on par at the first price point (with shipping) and a bit of a discount if the lower price point is reached.

YankeeBravoNo worries, thanks for reporting back. I scour the internets before every drop, but having extra eyes on it never hurts. My guess is that you saw a price for the ballpoint.

YankeeBravo @YankeeBravo, I've purchased from isellpens before and had no problems. They only have the Fine point of the Covenant Fountain Pen in Parchment Swirl on sale for $89.99. I suspect they're clearing out inventory and only have a few left of that model.

Pen Boutique has it for $103 as well. Free shipping too. And I am sure it will arrive much sooner than waiting for the drop to finish. Not looking very hopeful for that $89 price since only one person has purchased and they aren't even half way to the commitment.
