remlapMine came entirely in retail packaging and looked unopened. The overview also quotes Tamron's 6 year warranty.

In previous Tamron discussions there were questions about return policies IF the shipped lens had problems. I don't recall if that was ever resolved. Does anyone know what the return policy is?

Some products purchased on Massdrop come with a manufacturer's warranty. These products will have the manufacturer warranty listed on the drop page.
Products purchased on Massdrop that do not come with a manufacturer's warranty will be subject to a 30-day return policy detailed below.

Fun lens. I have the G1 version; paid about $1,200 for it when they first came out. Unless you can find a better one, this is a good deal.

So when it says that a tamron 6-year warranty is included, does that mean this is a USA lens with factory warranty in U.S., and not a gray market item?
