I have tried to follow this drop, but I have to admit that I just don't understand it. Do you have to buy vials (as an extra purchase) and then put them in, somehow? How long do the vials last? I'm just don't understanding it. Sorry.
brenda52411You buy the actual vials separately. I got mine from a site called mixglo, they have a lot of different sizes and colors. Tritium starts at full brightness and dims over a period of 25 years. (it has a half-life of 12.5 years). The vial simply slides in through the top of the cylinder and is held in by the key chain ring.
Does the Stainless Steel Glow Fob With Embrite Green Glow already have the tritium in the vial and ready to go? Also says on the description: Lasts up to 12 hours on a full charge. What kind of charge are they referring too?
I've ordered some of these on a different seller & they are over 40 dollars with the vials in them. If u buy the vials u will save money.its a good deal
I already have a regular S323 but this one is pretty tempting... How well does the black color last? I may pick one up if it's expected to last a while.
Can someone explain why this seemingly simple product is so elusive?
Always fascinated with Tritium, had a Timex digital in...'70's...?...with Tritium behind the LCD, it was stupid bright.
Saw this sort of key fob in an AdSense ad (how the F does Google DO that?), contacted the vendor, was some sort of 'member only' BS.
See these on MD, but never complete or functional....
Is this some sort of watch-list product?
Why is this so complicated?
BlueCrownedSo these are crackpipes, Crack® sold seperately?
I guess that explains the subterfuge and complexity...
There does appear to be a simple solution, just buy complete units from the guys that DO sell, well, complete units.
