Evidently folks are willing to offer absolution for the sin of ugliness, but insist on condemning the sin of bigness to the fiery pits of hell for all eternity? Doesn't seem very Christian-like to me.

Just as an FYI, Ray, I was a bodybuilder for 9 years,. Still have a thick chest, shoulders and arms. That said, I still like watches at about 40mm or less, with a couple exceptions (Seiko Monster PADI at 42mm comes to mind). It is about preference, not wrist size, but that probably won't stop comments like that when someone says a watch is too big for their liking.

Absolutely will not ;- ) Preference is the only thing that matters. I've always insisted size has nothing to do with it--real men wear whatever the hell they want to wear, and it's only the Girly-Men men in the audience who insist any watch over XXmm is unacceptable, and constantly berate every offering that doesn't fit their narrow-minded views. And you Girly-Men know who you are!

Cheap, uncommon movement, unknown brand, not too big (smaller than some of my G-Shocks and my Eco-Drive, all of which I can rock pretty well), weird anti-clockwise dial (which is apparently a GMT function), etc. In green/black/silicone, it'll make an okay addition to my collection as an unusual/ugly 2010s/2020s watch.

Invicta's smaller brands don't make it outside the US much. As a european the only Invicta sub I know is Glycine, and they're a bit expensive for the spec usually anyway.

ibabyslapperTechnoMarine, much like Glycine, was around long before Invicta absorbed them.

Here you have a reference showing how is supposed to work the second time tracking device (that is not a GMT, no 24 hours tracking): https://youtu.be/Wz0UqdcNqO0 IMHO the dial design is quite confusing...

MarPablI don't get it, seems like a GMT?

andrea_tThe ⌚ can somewhat track 2️⃣ different timezones, but both timezones are in a 1️⃣2️⃣ hour scale. The difference with a GMT is that one of these timezones is in a 2️⃣4️⃣ hour scale and that is necessary because otherwise you may find it difficult to know if it is ☀️ or 🌙 in the other timezone 🤔

CootersdadSouvenir watch? What does that even mean. Think whatever you want about Invicta, but that's a lot of watch for less than $100. Please, show me a better value.

Does anybody know about a downloadable user manual for this watch? Or, did anybody figured it out, how it works? I don't understand how you can set the time on it. It looks like that the manufacturer (Invicta/Technomarine) also doesn't have any idea about it.

estomTime is set by the crown at 4. The other crown is to set the inner rotating bezel.

So i noticed that the hour hand is showing at 6 even when rotating and the inner bezel is the small triangle. So as i understand at 6 o clock it will show current hour and how to use the inner bezel (triangle) to display second time zone? If the hour hand whould show at 12h ok. No problems. U put triangle left/right and u see the second zone and at 12h it show hour at present time zone. Or if it the hour disk rotates its also no problem to put it right but it looks like it rotates together with hour hand... So can someone explain?

:) Check pictures. The hour dial moves together with Hour hand. So Hour hand is always showing 6. Yes the small triangle if set up will show what you are saying. BUT for me honestly it would be easier if the H hand would always show 12. As on top of the watch you could always see the correct H. OR the Hour dial should be fixed.

ponedeljTrue. The watch face is completely unreadable.
did a little checking, looks like display back as well, or at least it is in the 218005 color combo. I have a couple TechnoMarine Cruise Jellyfish watches (quartz movement) and I'll say this - the materials are nice (both have mother of pearl faces) and the bands are hands down the most comfortable I've ever strapped on. A few things are aggravating, like how damn near impossible it is to get ahold of the crown to unscrew it, it's well protected but seriously hard to get a grip on without mechanical assistance. The faces are a little hard to read and the lume isn't that bright. This watch definitely breaks with Invicta in that it's 15.1 mm thick; svelte compared to a lot of their offerings. I'll probably take a chance at this price, for a decent silicone band, display front (unique for the $$) and (hopefully) display back and workhorse movement. Also for the dual offset crowns and the Jackson Pollock-esque design aesthetics. Not for everyone (obvious from comments below) but I ain't hafta wear what you like. The green seems the most readable, followed by the yellow & maybe the red. The only reason I don't wear the TechnoMarine I have now is that it isn't really readable at a glance, and I don't wanna put on reading glasses or get out my phone to ascertain the time. Think I'm gonna get the green one. Update: Got the green one w/ silicone band and blacked out case coming from elsewhere, delivered in a week for $4 less. Also appears to be an exhibition back, as well. Something about watches who live in glass housings....
