This watch is ridiculously big and chunky, actually way too big for my wrist. Surprisingly, the watch is very comfortable to wear. The mechanism of the second time zone is not self-explanatory. In any case, I did not understand why the inner bezel is at six when the hour hand points to 12:00. Since I stopped flying in the Corona times, that's not a problem either.
The watch looks great and is really good build. Solid, heavy and truly great with an open heart front and window on back. I didn't had the problems some other customers experienced with the inner bezel. So, definitely a great buy.
Defective on arrival. The inner dial is loose. No customer support, no effective warranty. I think Drop brought a defective lot with a huge discount and it's pushing it to their customers. Do not buy this anymore.
I purchased a TECHNOMARINE MANTA AUTOMATIC watch. The watch was received by me in Ukraine on January 10, 2021. The packaging was not broken. The watch was wrapped in films and had no mechanical damage. After unpacking, only three days passed and the blue circle of the second time zone on the dial went off. The circle moves freely along the plane of the dial and interferes with the passage of the minute hand. Because of this, the clock stops. Please replace the defective item or return the funds to me. The inner dial was loose and when I try to contact Drop they say contact Techno Marine repair. When I contacted them they say contact Drop, right now I in the middle.
The internal bezel is floating inside de watch and stops the hands.
It seems that too many of these watches are broken.
I think that Drop shold do something with this situation.
Watch arrived broken, number dial inside the crystal was floating free - not attached to anything inside the watch.I had to 'open a ticket', however, Drop's representative said i had to ship the watch to Invicta's repair center for warranty repair. Invicta charges $28 + $1 to be able to engage their repair service. Additionally I had to pay $9.60 for shipping from home to the repair facility....Drop made me wait 10 days for a reply to my 'ticket', and still have not responded to my request for reimbursement of the repair and shipping costs that I SHOULD NOT HAVE INCURRED ON A NEW WATCH!!!!
I have purchased other products from Drop that were fine, but their customer service if you do have a problem is downright awful!!!
