You know everyone in the northeast wears these right? Not just "gangstas" its literally the most common boot, everyone from rednecks to frat bros to old grandpas to the hoodest dudes you'll meet, it's basically the flannel of boots.
I received my boots on Saturday. I ordered them in 10 and they were way to wide. I double checked the box and there was a sticker applied over the width. I verified inside the boot that they were 10W - wide width. I contacted Massdrop and they want me to take all kinds of pictures to address the issue. The description should have disclosed that they are wide.
FYI I submitted a request to Massdrop that these were size 10W instead of regular size 10 along with photos of the box and size info inside the shoe. They sent me an RMA number and shipping label and processed a return. Great customer service!
Received mine in Indonesia. Really great price. Lucky that it is the wide version as my feet is wide. But while the wide is perfect, the length isn't, is it normal? The tip of the boot is like 2~3cm away from my toes.
Edit: after using this 2 days, yeah 8W is too big for me. Seems like Timbs run big because I use 8 on my Nikes.
Please offer 7W for the next drop!
Hey.. sry was not looking at this thread. I'm in US and got mine early this month. Yea they are Wide but I ordered Regular. not sure why thy shipped Wide. did u try to reach them for exchange ?
So my boots just arrived. $46 in charges from DHL. This is absolutely the last drop I will be a part of. What a garbage experience this has been. Lucky I have Massdrop's shipping address, so I can shit in a box and send it to them. Maybe then they will understand a little bit more what it feels like to receive a parcel from them in Canada.
