If anyone else is from the UK and awaiting their parcel and the tracking is saying "Consignee Contacted For Payment" that means customs are holding your parcel until you receive a letter in the post saying you've got to pay Customs Taxes. After some research on what "Consignee Contacted For Payment" means I found other Massdrop users found a way to pay quicker meaning you'll receive your item weeks before you would just waiting for the letter. Can take up to two weeks for the letter to arrive and customs will only hold your parcel for 2 weeks before they either destroy it or send it back.
Earlier I found the number to call to pay Customs which is +44 (0)20 8231 0900 these people are Customs Clearance Limited and at first I was a bit skeptical about this whole process thinking I'm getting scammed but after giving my postcode and name they (can use your tracking number instead if you like) located my item and told me how much I have to pay before they release it. I'm sure everyone will be charged the same in the UK and they took £22.87 off me which is quiet a lot but still totals up cheaper than purchasing the bag in the UK. If you're not happy to give your card details over the phone then you might as well wait for the letter which apparently contains a code you use to identify how much you owe and a site where you go to pay or just let them send it back or destroy it.

Hope this helps anyone living in the UK wondering where their backpack is!
