These are not noise cancelling, they do not have any form of active noise cancellation. They have some sound isolation (the same as any other in ear headphone) but that is all, calling them noise cancelling is extremely misleading.
oooteeddeeCame here to say this, thanks for pointing it out already.
In the specs it says "Noise-cancellation: СМС 6.0", but CMC doesn't seem to be a real spec, I think they just made up an acronym to be deceptive. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CMC (my favorite would be "Cuban Missile Crisis 6.0")
A review: http://the-gadgeteer.com/2016/03/10/treblab-xr100-bluetooth-headphones-review/ -- where they also mention there's no noise canceling (and mention sound quality is poor on some models of phone, so check your compatibility)
oooteeddee Hi oooteeddee!
Kindly note that XR100 and XR500 earbuds have built-in PASSIVE Noise Cancellation. And the expandable foam ear-tips give an additional blocking from the environment noise.

TREBLAB
TREBLABYou are attempting to use buzzwords to make this appear like a more sophisticated expensive product than it is. When you claim that the CMC 6.0 is noise cancellation you conveniently leave out that is for the microphone. But "Noise cancelling wireless earbuds" sounds much fancier than "Wireless earbuds with optional expanding foam tips and noise cancelling microphone" right?
oooteeddeeWe just mention the specifications of the earbuds and are sorry if it looks a bit sophisticated. Our main purpose is to be as simple as possible :) and clear to our dear customers.
Noise cancellation has 2 types: active and passive. TREBLAB earbuds are featured with passive noise cancellation. Yes, it’s not active but it works, reduces the embient noise.
