Do these come with the updates wheels that are designed to be more durable as stated on the Tutto website? See statement from Tutto as follows: "IMPORTANT UPDATE: Order this machine case from our website and it will come with the new updated wheels! These wheels are designed to be more durable."
SusieQ
Did you ever find out if they provide the new wheels or if they are the older units???

No, I haven't received a response on wheels.
If you multiply the interior measurements to get cubic inches, the medium size has 4522 cubic inches. The large has 3528 cubic inches, almost 1,000 less. I don't understand this!
I ordered the XXL for my 15,000 Janome Horizon. It’s plenty big enough for it with a little room on the ends. The hoops fit in the outside pocket and I lay the case that the embroidery attachment came in on top and it all gets wheeled in just fine to classes. I put a pillow in my case also for sitting on while I am at class. I haven’t overpacked it. I put my other supplies in a wheeled craft case made by Joy Mangano from HSN. I may buy a smaller one for my Janome Breast Cancer machine.
Is this drop for the latest model? The ones I looked at in my sewing machine dealer's shop have bigger, sturdier wheels. Since I need an XL for my 30+ pound machine, having the improved wheels is a necessity. Thanks!
Is pink available?
I have one of these. I love it! I sometimes forget how much it will hold.

What size do you have and for what machine?
Is it me, or these things have a lot of potential for LAN pc travels too?
I was sent the wrong size. I ordered an xlarge but was sent large. How can i return it for the size i need

I still think mass drop should have made this problem good by giving me what I ordered. The way it was worded was VERY miss leading.
Maybe you could add the inside measurements to the offer so we can see if our machine fit.

Go to the Tutto website and look up the correct size by the brand; Bernina, Janome, etc
For a Babylock Ellageo Plus what size bag would work?
I looked at the Tutto website to figure out what size to order for my machine, but they don't list my Bernina Virtuosa 153 Quilter's Edition on their sizing chart. Can someone give me some advice? I'd like to order one. Thanks, Jean
Which size will handle a Baby Lock Jazz?
Rejjie
I just spoke to a Babylock dealer and for my Unity (23 inches) without emb attachment or sewing bed attached she said an xl was needed. So that’s what I got.
lize1951
Thank you! The Jazz is also 23” but has large area for sewing that is not detachable. I’ll check with my dealer.
I’ve been waiting for this drop and am so disappointed because I wanted to order a “small” but it’s not offered!
clkeefe
Me too I wonder why they did not offer the small. It is perfect for the Featherweight. Can we expect the small in the future?
Snookie
I just saw a small at my featherweight sewing club and you are right. It would be perfect. Going to get medium so my 301 will fit too.
does anyone from Massdrop ever answer these questions??!! I asked a question 2 days ago and not an answer yet!

The tutto website recommend a xl for your machine
I realized that i should order XL instead of Large one. How can I change the order? Please advise
SRH61
Hi @SRH61, while the drop is live you can go into your transactions and make changes there.
what size would be best for a Viking Designer Diamond?
I have a visa gift card burning a hole in my pocket, however, it's not enough to cover my purchase. Is it possible to use 2 different cards for my purchase?
Do you ship to Australia?

I'm from Australia and bought one from Queensland at the same price as quoted here and it was in AU$ - so I don't think this is a cheap offer.

Thanks, I will have a look. Much appreciated.
My daughter and I bought these several years ago. Use them constantly. Love them. We paid close to 300.00 each at that time.
my machine measures 19 (width) by 12 (high) by 10 (deep) What size is the best for my machine?

Thank you!
marymac1234
I would get the XL. It's side is 23x15x14. You would not want the top of your machine to be at top of case. You will have some room for an out light, supplies or material with your machine. Less items to carry
Does this ship internationally?
Anyone have experience flying with your sewing machine as a carry on in a Tutto bag?
Does this drop ship internationally?
I ordered the medium for my Bernina Artista 180. It barely fits the machine without the case. I'm going to keep the medium for my featherweight but I'm hoping they'll do another drop and I can order a larger one. This is the best price I've found anywhere.
Hoping for the matching embriodery unit bag.
Lrrhyne
That would be really great wouldn't it!!!!!
If anyone is ordering for a Janome MC11000, do not use the Tutto website recommendation of Large. I had to send a Large back and get an XL instead. You have to really work to get it to fit into a Large, which could eventually damage your machine. Most sewing store websites also recommend an XL for this machine.
How much was this case? I can't decide if I should wait and hope it becomes available again, or just look elsewhere.
Exciting news group! We’re happy to report that all of the orders have been shipped out and are now on the way to you! Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to get into the shipper's system and start updating.

I also received an email saying the color I ordered is not available. I asked what other colors are available and have not had a reply. Who can I contact?
