Hey @DangerWen, Everything was shipped out as of Feb 18th. I double checked your shipment, and it's rather odd that it's not showing anything. I'll go ahead and ask the vendor about this package, in the meantime, it'd be great if you could also email us at support@massdrop.com, just so we can have a support ticket for this case.

Any update on the shipment?

Hey everyone, We just got an update from the vendor that our order is all packed up ready to be shipped out. However they are unable to ship live plants in current temperatures (18 degree average this week in New York) as they will really suffer in transit. We are expecting the temperature to go above 50 degrees next week. And they will be shipped the instant the temperature warms. We’ll update again once the shipment is on its way. Cheers!
