Oh, "urban" is it?!
I tell 'ya, nothing makes me reach for my wallet faster than the word "Urban" and photo of a kid in a hoodie wearing a pair of Chuck-damn-Taylors!

Holly-molly; I'm tell'n you--that's some powerful subliminal marketing mojo you got goin' there!
I bought this backpack last year and it fell apart after a month, the zipper of the hard shell compartment ripped. So I send a message to customer service and they sent me a new one. The exact same thing happened... So I sent another message and they sent another backpack. And guess what, the zipper broke again. I got really tired of this and I asked for a refund, this was not possible. But this was only possible within 30 days upon recieving.
I'm really disappointed Beckie I had high hopes for a backpack I spent over 200 dollars on.
Now I'm using the 24L scout backpack from SOG, and I'm really happy about this one.
0ctav3nlSo--tell the truth--was it the word "urban" or the Chuck Taylors that suckered you in?
(Eh hee, ha hauw haw!!!)

What? No one commenting on this drop? Well let me start then, by saying that is looks nice but I still swear by my eBags Professional Slim Laptop Backpack. That is my go-to commute bag for now. A lot of same features too..
I remember trying this backpack a year ago.
It's beautiful! But it wasn't functional at all.
Like all the reviews say: it's hard to get into and the zippers get stuck.
And very little space.
My biggest gripe was that the material was rough on your skin, and made it hard to sleep on during a train ride.
