I'm a men's 10.5 and I fear the XLs would be too long. I guess these shoes are much like climbing shoes that need to be flush with the toes (climbing shoes in fact need to be a tad shorter than that).
Should I go for L or XL ? Anyone has experience with these ? Also, are they worn with or without socks ?

VirguleI'm between a 10.5 and 11. I picked up the xl last time and they fit fine with and without socks. I wear them as camp shoes so I can't speak to fit over any kind of ardous terrain; but around town they should be fine.

VirguleI am usually a men's 10 and I bought the L. I found they are quite big on me, possibly a whole size too large!

SaejinInteresting. The difference could be because I use them after I've hiked for a few hours.

JbarYes, what was on your feet and what activity just before putting on the Furoshikis could very well be factors. The difference could also be in the width, or in the specific style. Look at reviews on the Vibram site. Many mention the toe box being quite narrow - the opposite of the FF style which allows the toes to splay more naturally. Also mentioned is that the Shearling styles are a snugger fit for a given size due to the fabric thickness, and they even suggest sizing up for socks.
