Made with a non-reactive steel interior, an aluminum alloy core, and an induction-compatible stainless steel exterior, they deliver excellent heat retention and distribution—without being too heavy. You can even put them into the oven safely to temperatures of 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Handcrafted and buffed to a mirror finish, the saucepans will look great in modern and vintage kitchens alike. Both sizes come with a stainless steel lid.
