WE Knife’s brand-new 707 Series is about as ergonomic as it gets. Whether you’re grasping the contoured handle in a standard grip or choking up for detailed cuts, it feels like it was meant for the job—not to mention it’s jimped in all the right areas for a tight grip. The 3.5-inch blade is made from CPM-S35VN steel, giving it impressive edge retention and corrosion resistance. Comprised of 6AL4V titanium with a carbon fiber insert, the handle is both strong and lightweight, with a frame lock to secure the blade once opened. The blade rides on WE Knife’s smooth ceramic ball bearing washers for effortless deployment after a push on the flipper tab. For carry, use the tip-up clip.

Developed by Crucible Industries (one of the leading manufacturers of specialty steels for the cutlery industry) and Chris Reeve (arguably the most famous knifemaker in the world), S35VN is perhaps the most balanced blade steel ever created in terms of all-around performance. It’s made through a process of powdered metallurgy known as CPM, which results in near perfect consistency in the distribution of carbides. Compared to conventional melting practices, the CPM process produces a steel characterized by superior dimensional stability, grindability, and toughness.
Since its founding in 2000, WE Knife has set a new standard for manufacturing in China. With a professional research and development team, high-quality facilities, and a commitment to precision manufacturing techniques, the company produces a wide range of cutlery manufactured to the highest tolerances.
