I'm not thrilled. Within a month of use, something went wrong with mine......... when connected to iPhone, it does weird things like change the volume and start Siri.
I received the wrong ones :'( I ordered the black ones with the inline microphone and got the plain red ones without the inline microphone :(

Mine sound like poo! So much muddy base, and frankly the mids and highs are meh. What a waste of money, could live with modest mid and highs but the base is so muddy it drowns out the rest. If listen to anything intricate you wont hear it.

I am very happy with mine that I got over a year ago now. They arrived fine and they sound awesome. I use the included case and highly recommend you do if you buy these based on some of the comments on build quality. As previously mentioned I have had mine for over a year now with no problems regarding functionality. The stain/coating on the wood has started to come off in places but other than that they are fine. This said however, I would not recommend them for someone who is considering them for active use; running, gym etc.
I am hoping my e-mail to the help center gets results here. I received mine which I am another victim of an open box.
However, the item is in perfect condition, I am doubting it was return or used. I am missing parts from the open box though (Shirt clip..eh but I only received one pair of tips that do not fit my ears, so I cannot get a seal to really listen to these yet). I am satisfied with obtaining the product at this price point as I know its potential, but when I receive it and am missing pieces that disable my use of it.. Then I become dissatisfied.

These are actually very popular for Bassheads. If you don't like overwhelming Bass, that's why you didn't like these.

Damn... I wish I looked at this sooner. I check my email to see if my order was sent and to see if I was charged. (This is my first drop) the first thing I see already worried me. I scroll down and on to the next few pages and all I see are reasons why I fucked up. I bought a pair of skullcandy headphones 3.5 years ago and the right side gave up 2 days ago, so I just ordered this yesterday. I really hope that I didn't just blow my money on trash.. And if I did, I hope to god that I'll recieve the proper support. P.S. Those skullcandy items were so surprisingly amazing.
So I just got mine, I live in the UK. The packaging had the seals circle seals broken top and bottom and the headphones themselves make electrical pops when I am listening to music with them. How do I go about getting a replacement pair or a refund?
Disappointed - First of all, i understand that these have to travel half the world to reach my location but they took over a month to arrive, when i contacted support they did not respond and when the package had arrived it was clearly opened! The stickers were taken off, the package that the accessories came in was ripped apart(which does not make sense since it has a proper way of opening and now its useless with a hole in it) and the whole package was completely full of dust internally! I hoped for something more from massdrop but i am greatly disappointed, i had the intentions of spreading good words but now only bad ones come to mind when i hear the name massdrop. Would NOT suggest this for anyone else
I'll just chime in and say that I like the headphones. They're super-bass heavy, but the cord and cable seem durable and tangle resistant (without being woven or overly noisy). There's a great selection of earbuds for a good fit. The only nitpick is that these headphones seem to discharge a static shock in my ears when I'm running on the treadmill more than others that I've owned. I've otherwise been impressed so far.
Anyone find it disturbing that there have been so many negative posts on product quality, yet the admins simply continue with shipping status updates as if everything's all fine and dandy?

That is disturbing. It makes you wonder about the quality and management of all drops.
I have just received a faulty unit unfortunately. The left side's cable was kinda loose and the volime was hissing continuously. Can I get a replacement for this?

Just received my order and I have to ask... were we sold refurbished units? The bottom end of the box was lightly crushed and there are markings from where I would assume the original QC sticker was stuck, including a discolored area matching the size and shape of the sticker and a rough surface that would come from said sticker being removed. There is a misaligned sticker (based on the nearby discoloration) that was attached in its place, but it was not secured to the rough portion. There is no box material stuck on this loose side which is what leads me to believe it's a replacement sticker.
It's not that I expect mint condition packaging but when there are signs of a brand new product having been previously opened, I begin to question the quality and condition of the product itself, not to mention the health/sanitary concerns with potentially used IEMs.

I'm sad to read all of the comments about the poor quality control and build quality of HiSound Audio since I'm only reading them now after I've already backed the drop. Does anyone at all have any good experiences with these headphones? The reviews of head-fi seemed to be nice and that's what I went off of. Oh well, I guess we'll see.

DO NOT BUY THIS! The worst headphones i've ever had. Right ear was barely working right outta box, the wire broke like in 2 months, left ear has separated from the wood section. Total scum, don't even think about buying it.

No surprise considering HiSoundAudio's notorious history. I'm extremely impressed people still trust the company after the titanic disasters of their early products. They've done some good PR and rug sweeping.
Two pairs of these have crapped out on me now. Love the sound from them, but the QC is awful.
Sad, my wooduo 2 cable already gave up!
Left one stopped working after couple of months. Can't recommend.
My pair seems to have developed a fault, it's as if sound is passed through a karaoke filter, the voice channels are completely cut out. (tested across multiple devices), interesting for music, hopeless for podcasts.
Just received these in the mail. Left bud doesn't work right out of the box. Quality control is pretty poor.
