jacofieroYou would have /hated/ the smell of tung oil, though, trust me. Some of the earlier board samples were coated in that. It's a natural water repellent but oh boy does it smell!

For me the smell of the finish was a pleasant surprise. It'll make my office smell like my workshop. If it fades too fast I might have to bring a can of paste wax to work just to bring it back. =)
