The build is good. The inside of the case contains a set of bands that are meant to be used to hold the keyboard in place, but they will press on your keys. The keyboard seems to be fine without being held, so it's not much of an issue.
The case fits all my but one of my 60% boards (AnnePro2, Carina, Tofu60); the one that doesn't fit uses a KBDFans 5 degree aluminum case.
Top quality. Exactly as described. The case is strong and gives confidence that my keyboard is safe when taking it to work in my backpack. Worth every penny!
The outer plastic is quite thin and flexible. It's still certainly a "hardshell" case but I would happily pay more for better. It didn't fit a KBDFans Blade 60% but I somewhat didn't expect it to, My Keychron 65% did however fit but very snug.
For the price I would consider purchasing again but as I said, if there was something higher quality even if more expensive I would pay the extra.
Bought this with the expectation I'd need it to take my 60% to/from different offices. 2020 had different ideas! Still, it's a great case - the right balance between being rigid enough without being too heavy. The straps do a good job of stopping the KB rattling around and the mesh pocket is the perfect place for little accessories.
The plastic is thin and doesn’t lead me to believe it could protect so much as a feather. The lining is little more than a thin sheet of soft fabric half assed into the inside.
I’d expect to find this sort of thing for $5 on Amazon.
Not a hardshell, it's very flexible plastic that I don't trust to protect anything. Not even minimal padding inside, just thin fabric. The badge or decorative stripe piece was half off when it came. The hardware on the strap is so thin and looks like it'll bend and break in normal use. Need a case for an upcoming trip and this is just a waste of money.
Tried returning but support told me I can't. Save your money.
This is not a bad case if you’re aware of its l limitations.
First, calling this a hardshell case is a bit of a stretch, but it’s not a soft case, either. I’d describe it c as semi-rigid. It’s thin and a little bendable, but will protect a keyboard from scratches and minor drops.
Secondly, It runs small. Of all my 60% boards only one will fit. If your keyboard has bezels that are thicker than a Pok3r it may be a tight squeeze.
