Two questions: First, is this tripod / monopod mountable I'm thinking for boom type shots? Second, does the camera have a fan that might be audible?

gqinsideFor the steady grip battery life is very long. I use it with mu CGO2+ 1080p cam and with recharhable batteries and never got close to loosing power. But guess that bepends on the batteries

I would not even thing of buying this. For about $300 more you can get the whole kit with case drone extra batteries etc.. that also includes this gimbal camera and steady hand grip. Pretty good deal actually.
