We'll continue to look for ways to make them available in bundles with covers or pens.
In the meantime, we've been able to make the Rhodia and Clairefontaine options available.

We can definitely work on the Rhodia and Clairfontaine products that are popular so far.
We've contacted Field Notes and would be able to offer them on Massdrop, but not at any kind of group buy price, as these can only be sold at MSRP. We can work on some bundles that feature Field Notes - with a leather cover or gel/rollerball pens, for example - but we're not able to offer any special pricing now or for the near future.
