KangTheMadYea, but you will need a mic separetly. But i m sure sound better than usual gamer headphones, and since its semi open, its more comfortable, you can play hours and hours...continously.
KangTheMadIm going to sum up 'gaming' headphones in a sentence or two. They're products, not carefully designed creations that are sold to let you support your exploration and a companies exploration of audio. Gaming headphones are ostentatiously designed and typically lack adequate drivers, in some cases, DACs and amps if they run off of a USB port. One thing to keep in mind. 7.1 and 5.1 headphones with multiple drivers, don't do anything. I could get into the science but basically positional audio works based off of delay, change in tone and volume between your two ears. Gaming headphones destroyed in one paragraph. As far as mics go, you don't need to spend a lot for a good mic. An ATR 2500 does me well, even in videos. It's not spectacular but it's better than what most people have. I personally do not recommend Blue microphones, especially my friend that's had a yeti and ATR-2020.
