Why don't the, companies that make these cold brewers consider the biggest disadvantage of the method? It isn't a good extraction and therefore it takes 12-24 hours, during which the grounds oxidize. I personally don't like cold brewed coffee but if I did I would make it in one of those kimchi containers that let's me evacuate the air (oxygen) from the coffee.
Cheaper than any of the garbage I have seen marketed to cold brewers.

Cold brewing is a new world for me, so I don’t know enough about the process to know if something is well designed for the process.
