Hey! I just ordered the Aune X1 Pro and I was wondering if any of you guys would be able to answer a couple of questions that I have regarding it. I plan to use the X1 for both my headphones and speakers. Would it work for both if they are both connected and I would just need to change the output? If I connect the Line Out from the X1 to my speakers, will I be able to control the volume of the speakers? For reference, I have the Fidelio X1 headphones and the Swans M10 speakers. Thanks!

namisdavidI was wondering the same thing and from all the research I've seen on the Internet, the RCA outputs are variable (vol controlled) by selecting the "p-line out" mode (see pic). They supposedly can also be made fixed my selecting the "line out" mode instead.

DaveinSMI have this unit hooked up, when in p-line out the front volume knob changes the volume on both the headphones and RCA out.
The only caveat is that when the headphones are plugged in, the sound also comes out of the the RCA also. I just turn off my speaker's amp when listening to headphones, but it's kind of a pain.

Snowcrash01Good to know! You would think it would be easy to put in the automatic RCA output defeat when headphones are plugged in, but at this price I guess we can't complain too much...
