20-Ounce Solo Shelter

A solid step up from your bivy sack, the Big Sky Wisp features a single-pole design for fast, easy setup with a 47-inch peak height for ample headroom—and it all weighs just 20 ounces. The roomy interior has a large side-entry door, a pocket for organizing small items, and a covered, top-vented vestibule to keep your gear safe and dry. Totally enclosed against mosquitoes and other pesky visitors, this solo shelter offers an economical way for many three-season backpackers to lighten their load.

Note: This drop is for the SuprSil fabric and mesh netting, in a granite gray outer shell and dark olive green floor. SuprSil-UL fabric for the outershell is available as an upgrade (+ $30). Stakes, guy lines, and footprints are not included. This drop is limited to 30 units.

Hybrid Wall Construction

Because the Wisp has a hybrid design (double-walled on the door side with a single-walled ceiling and non-door side), it’s recommended for low-humidity areas—like the American Southwest and Rocky Mountains—and not recommended for high-humidity areas.
