Dear Massdrop, I wonder if it'd be very hard to NOT send me notifications about drops that:
1) Don't ship to my country
2) Even if bought through a freight forwarder, couldn't be used in my country (220V in the walls).

Because, aside from the USA & the UK, most of the world uses 220/240v electricity in their household outlets.

ratm22Random bots don't give us money, it would be great if they did, but generally people who come to this site are interested in their particular niche, they are very knowledgeable in the products they love and help educate others on why X product is good. There is a lot of cross hybridization on certain niches, but it's great that you're somewhat interested in Kettles (enough to comment at least). I'm sure people who've already committed to this buy can tell you why this Kettle is superior to others since there are 118 people putting their hard earned dollars down on this drop. It also helps that you get it at a great price and people who are not knowledgeable about a certain niche can seek knowledge by asking on this discussion page.
Just look at any of the mechanical keyboard drops and you'll see how much they love not being afk. We have an incredible community here on Massdrop and hopefully everyone can share why they love their particular niche and help educate other niche enthusiasts on why X product is great.
FYI, this one of our more successful coffee/tea drops, we're glad we can offer this product to the community. If 118 people doesn't convince you that this is a great kettle, you might want to reexamine your standards.

How can you "boil" water to 155 degrees? Wouldn't it just be heat water to that temp - since physics and all.

arsveloceSince arguing pedantry is your thing, parts of the water will be boiled until an overall temperature has been reached. It will then keep boiling and heating smaller amounts of water to maintain this temperature - since physics and all.

You guys haven't been forgotten. We were expecting the kettles to arrive on the 17th, but UPS has been delayed due to whether-related issues. We don't have an updated ETA, but we're hoping they arrive tomorrow.

The drop was supposed to arrive the 18th of december, now it’s almost january and i haven't heard any updates. Does anybody have any info on this drop?
