I just now got my package for this drop, but when I got to where the watch should be, it was just an empty box. All of the packaging is there, but the watch isn't. What happened?
wigsterHmm, that's definitely a problem! Reach out to support@massdrop.com and they will make sure you're taken care of. Note that they are currently working through a lot of orders from Black Friday so there will be a small delay in there response, but they will definitely fix this. Thanks!
Great news group! We’re happy to report that all of the orders have been shipped out from our warehouse and are now on the way to you! Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to get into the shipper's system and start updating.

Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the Citizen Eco-Drive Canvas Strap Watch shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will send the bulk shipment to our fulfillment center where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor, we will provide you all with updated information on the status of your package.

Ok Today I received my watch. It was a long wait, but the watch quality and price made it worthwhile. I do wish for more timely delivery and more info on the timing.
Received my watch today in Canada and very surprised that Massdrop "over-valued" the cost of the watch on the customs form as double the price paid. CUstoms form stated watch valued at $143 USD, so I was dinged double the duty/taxes of what I should be paying since the actual cost was only $74... very disappointed Massdrop would do such a thing.
