Tennis is about the last thing you’d think would inspire someone to create a line of hot sauces. But it was on the tennis courts in Virginia where Brandon Clark was given a unique challenge: to create a hot sauce using ingredients from the Kerala region of India, where one of his best buddies grew up Read More
Why do they all have the same heat level? It say the Laos in particular is "super-hot" and, just from comparing the ingredients list, it seems impossible for it to not be far hotter than than the Chesapeake (for example).
To all those that asked, here are the lists of ingredients. We will also add this to the description for future drops:

Just joined, looks like an interesting product, but I was surprised at the $9 shipping. Every item I’ve purchased through Massdrop in the past has had free shipping, I had assumed all Massdrops were like that.
How are you going to sell a food product without listing the ingredients? How do I know what I'm getting? I won't buy food without knowing what's in it. Period.
LaneMeyerHi LaneMeyer,
I don't blame you! I will reach out to MassDrop folks and see about getting all necessary info. In the meantime, Feel free to call/text/email me or go to our website. We are 100% all natural and gluten free.

Got my shipment just before lunch. Cracked open the Laos flavor. That's some damn tasty sauce.
It's got a very nice citrusy flavor. It's pretty mild, but packed with flavor. So far, I'm impressed. I think I'll be waiting to open the others for a little bit.
How else are you going to find out what it tastes like?
Seriously though, I ate it with everything from eggs at breakfast to salad. My favorite for the Laos sauce was a chicken/veggie sheet pan bake dish. Just drizzle it over everything and see what sticks.
This is a tempting drop, buuuut, the information on the sauces seems pretty limited. You guys need to crack a box set open and have half a dozen people in the office sample and comment on each one!
I looked through the website and didn't see any nutritional or ingredient information. Where is that listed? There are a lot of people who cannot/will not buy food without looking through the ingredient list and nutritional info first because of dietary, allergen, or nutritional restrictions. The sauces sound good, but I'm not going to risk buying something I can't eat. Thanks.
