The belt is handcrafted from genuine English bridle leather sourced from a UK tannery that has been around for over 150 years. The leather is 100-percent vegetable pit-tanned, a traditional English tanning process that takes several months to complete. After tanning, the leather is hand-dyed and hand-stuffed with a blend of fats and waxes. Bridle leather is known for its strength and durability, as well as its smooth feel and depth of color. Made from either stainless steel or solid brass, the belt buckles are hand-stitched to the belt using heavy bonded waxed polyester thread. The edges of the belt are hand-beveled, hand-dyed, and hand-burnished.
Note: At checkout, you'll have your choice of color (Aussie Nut, Black, Havana, or London Tan), buckle (stainless steel or brass with stainless steel tongue), and width (1.5 inches or 1.25 inches). Please see the image below for a width comparison, and refer to the image at the bottom of the page for sizing information.
Don’t Mourn, Organize! is a small leather goods company operating out of Springville, Utah. Don’t waste any time in mourning. Organize…"
Don't Mourn, Organize! belts are measured from the center hole to the end of the buckle. Measure your own belt using the most used hole to the end of the buckle to determine your size. Do not order your usual pants size, as the belt will be too small. Most people order a belt 2 to 4 inches larger than their pants size.
