I joined this drop, and I hope we get enough people to reach the lowest price point, since it's about $25 cheaper than what the Flare sells for on Amazon or B&H. However, I think the lack of thorough reviews for this product on reputable review sites/YouTube channels might be hurting participation in this drop. Does anyone around here have any experience with the Flare?
Just as a heads up to my fellow droppers; if you're planning on lighting up your room with this device I don't think it will do that. This device only produces 60 lumens and unless my math is wrong that's equivalent to about a 1 watt bulb. Most bulbs are about 40 watts at the minimum. To get the level of light a standard 40 watt bulb would produce you need about 600 lumens.
This is mostly like a "Mood or Ambient" light I'd say.
