Great keyboard and very easy to use driver, but drop’s customer service need to improve
For the product, it is awesome, and the driver is very easy to use too. However drop did not do their job good, they upload the wrong driver, and nobody answer our question about how to use this keyboard

Perfectly fine for me, after a couple tweaks
I love this drop. The stock Oreos I got with this board are fantastic. Honestly quite a steal in that sense. However I don’t like the Bluetooth functionality, and I don’t like the wireless. I need my boards to go dim at night, and the backlight stays on for a couple minutes longer than I’d like. So, I unplugged and removed the battery. Besides that, the software, once you set it to English, is completely acceptable. LEDs are bright. Keycaps are nice quality also.

The case is secured in place with clips, so I used several credit cards to wedge in between before popping it off. Then there’s a few screws on the top plate that keep the bottom housing attached.

ExyaThank you very much for the reply, it helped a lot! I bought this keyboard through a different website and the 3 wasn't working but the hotswap socket seemed perfectly fine. I found out it was actually a diode that was missing. I have to try and work with a vendor now from outside North America, might not be the best experience...

great price, wish there was a manual for default functions
keyboard quality, look, feel are all great. Even the stabs sound and feel okay out of the box. I'm actually surprised for how nice it feels. Really solid entry board. why no 5 stars? It's listed as bluetooth. I have no idea if the bluetooth works, just using a cable. The software in the description goes to a google drive with no additional info. A small manual of default functionality would have gone a long way here. Someone in the description posted this: https://imgur.com/gallery/G33Ggpv and it's the only real info i could find. Otherwise feels great to type on. I'm pretty happy with it (and glad i wasn't depending on the bluetooth)

Pretty Decent for Price
Have been using this board for a while now, and is my daily driver as I was looking for something wireless. It was somewhat easy to set up just followed instructions. Connection is good, only downside is the automatic sleep mode but great for battery saving.

jaydenjauHey, last time I charged it was 10 days ago, it shows as 66% now and use it between two computers. Disclaimer here, I do not type a lot so I cannot say for sure how long it lasts when typing extensively.

On paper it's great, but
I bought this for my wife to replace what was basically a laptop keyboard and while the keyboard works in windows her company requires the use of bitlocker for security and the keyboard doesn't work correctly in the boot process (skips letters and backspace inserts a character) The lack of an English manual really dings this a lot, not knowing what function keys do what or how to disable/change the LED effects is not a good experience Also the software download looks like it's hosted on some random Google drive and you have to hunt down the installer. It honestly looks like it's some random person personal upload space and is super sketchy Really the only positives right now are the switches sound/feel good and the keycap are beautiful and it types in windows seemingly without issues If we get an English manual and at least an English guide to using the software, and maybe a less sketchy download source it might improve my opinion but right now I wish I went with a different board 9/23 now certain keys are losing their caps through normal typing

I will start off by saying that this is a really nice keyboard. The stock switches (crystal violet tactile) were nice feeling, though they are much louder than other tactile switches I've used before. I swapped them out for some gateron silent yellows so that I can use it at my office and not annoy everyone. The build quality is also solid and the stabilizers are lubed and sound just fine when typing normally. There is a little rattle if you really hammer on them, but no one actually types like that. The problems come from the absolutely atrocious documentation and support. My keyboard was packaged rather nicely, but there is zero documentation in the box. Nothing. No manual with the function commands and no hint as to where to download drivers or figure out how to use this thing. Luckily there is some help in the comments section for function commands, but the drivers are located on a sketchy google drive page. I want to use this keyboard at work, and there's no way I can install these drivers on my work computer. Drop needs to step up their game and provide documentation and safe driver downloads for the products they choose to sell, or at the very least state up front that there will be nothing included in the box and you're on your own.

Decent
Overall I find this to be a really good tkl hotswap board. You usually dont find them especially around this price range. The board I find to be of decent build quality however you're basically on your own as there are no true drivers unless received from said chinese website.

Looks nice but...
The keyboard is a very nice looking keyboard; however, there are some glaring issues. Firstly, there is no instruction manual. There is a google doc (somewhere) of how to install the drivers for the lighting but to do so, you have to turn off windows active protection because it detects the software as a virus. Even after doing that windows will continue to show notifications that the software is some kind of trojan. Moving on to my problems with the switches: Poor quality control. Some of my switches activate with the slightest touch waaaaaaaay before the tactile bump where they're supposed to activate (jade green). I have tried my best to swap the faulty switches to keys that aren't often used i.e. sclk, pause, etc... I kinda expected the keyboard just to work out of the box but I had to jump through many hoops to get the software working and some of the switches don't even work as they're supposed to. The only reason I'm not returning it is that it still works fine without the software (you just get a basic lighting theme), the keys are hot swappable, and I really don't want to deal with poor customer support if I return. All in all I waited months for something that was very disappointing.

Looked promising, but some glaring issues are starting to come up.
Build quality is OK. All plastic, but the top housing is a solid plastic mold. Very rigid and pretty heavy for a plastic keyboard. Additionally, the keyboard is already foam damped inside. The stabs are solid too, plate mount, but they don't rattle and appear to be lubed already. Couldn't take them off to relube, but am content with how they sound and feel. I wanted to like this keyboard. Got it specifically for my Raspberri Pis, but the box didn't come with any manual. The Bluethooth connection automatically turns on whenever the keyboard is disconnected. Since I don't have a manual, I have no idea how to turn it off or put it into pairing mode. Additionally, yesterday was my first day of use. Left it connected to my PC before I fell asleep. Woke up today and the keyboard was off, while connected to the PC???! I tried plugging it in with other USB cables and it still wouldn't turn back on or be detected by Windows. Finally, I pressed some random button on it, by accident, and it turned back on, into BT mode. That was the only way for Windows to detect the keyboard again. It has to be turned on while disconnected, then reconnected for Windows to detect it after Windows sleeps.

Good at first but recently it just stopped working.
It’s a really nice keyboard and the hot swap feature really is good but mine stopped working suddenly. I always keep it on my desk plugged into my pc and one day I went to wake it up by pressing space and nothing happened after plugging it in to other computers it wouldn’t respond or turn on by shining rgb

KnockoutracerI had the same issue just recently, and exactly as you had described. Always on the desk plugged into pc and then one day it just would not turn on, even after plugging into other computers with different usb-c cables too. Did you ever get this sorted?
