wonbulWonbul, In my experience from looking at fossil watches in stores, etc. The bezels are often non-rotating but I couldn't say for certain. In my opinion your money would be better spent on a affordable diver (if you want a timing-bezel) or a decent quartz or mecha-quartz chronograph. Of course if you want accurate timing it would be best to buy a Casio as it can do more than all of those for $20-50.
