Massdrop doesn't accept satisfaction based returns so if the earpads don't fit, your best bet is to look into alternatives.
That said, the earpads are highly important to the sound signature of these headphones so I'd suggest you look for alternatives of a similar shape. Alpha pads or the deep HM5 pads come to mind.
