It is expensive for shipping but still looks like a good deal for me. I’m not in USA though...
I bought my box elsewhere and they are the best note cards I own. They love fountain pens, it is almost a sin to use anything less than a gold nib on them. They make lovely thank you cards and even better resignation letters. This is a great price, too.
I got Pistachio in the last drop, I like it. Afterwards I bought a similar envelope box set called "Création de Paris Note Cards" and they are nowhere near as good as these. I'm getting some extra whites this time around.

what colors of ink would show well on the Raspberry stationery?

besides the obvious black, I would think that dark brown would work nicely, and perhaps a really dark red. Of course, I'm thinking of fountain pen inks; in gel pens you would have the whole option of opaque lighter colors (such as white or silver) available.

New estimates have the order arriving at the vendor's warehouse late next week. As soon as it arrives the vendor will ship the stationary boxed sets to our warehouse. Man, why is shipping so high for this product...
They replied completely unsatisfactorily and made the situation worse. Previously I had cards in the absolute incorrect color and thought we'd just exchange this box for a box of the correct color. After several evermore contentious eMails from your colleagues, I now have a Box of expensive cards in the incorrect color, absolute disdain for Massdrop and the astonishingly unprofessional way this was handled.

I've been seeing a lot of unhappy comments like this. It's always a shame and a concern when a good thing outlives its usefulness. This outfit is going down because of its people not a faulty concept or bad market conditions.

I can't speak for MrKitty's situation of course, but the support I've gotten from Massdrop has been aces the few times I've had to deal with them. They're a bit slow I reckon, but that aside super helpful in my experience. Maybe this is an issue with a new CS Manger or a specific CSA...
Beautiful Cards; well-made; and absolutely nothing like the color advertised and purchased. Contacted Massdrop immediately to return them as I have no use for "pink" (rather than the Rose I ordered) cards. Massdrop has been argumentative, disingenuous at best, and frankly one of the worst Organizations I have seen for Customer Service ( I put them below Comcast). Buy from them if you like, but understand getting them to acknowledge or fix an obvious problem has been an absolute nightmare
