This is the most sticky nonstick frying pan I ever had. I use it less than 10 times and now I cannot even cook pancakes properly. For the price, I expect something better. My old Chinese skillet is much better

I have another greenpan, a different line, that's much more sturdy. A friend used a metal pancake flipper to make eggs once and this has scratches through the ceramic permanently now. I'd watch which greenpan you get if I were you, this is worse than a teflon pan.

These pans have become my go-to for cooking pretty much anything. I haven't used a lot of pans before, and I've never been a huge fan of nonstick cookware, but these are great. I don't expect the nonstick coating to last more than a year or so (given the frequency with which I actually cook on the stove, maybe a bit longer) but they were cheap enough that I won't mind buying new ones. They're very easy to clean, and they're very nonstick, and even if their performance degrades I'll still be happy with them for a while.

My wife and I both LOVE these pans! These are the best ceramic pans I've tried. (I haven't tried any of the real expensive ones.) Omelets are a breeze to make in the smaller one. I was surprised how well things like sausages browned up in these pans. As always, half of a pan's performance is in the technique.

Nothing special about these. The larger pan after making hash browns in them with veg oil, has pretty much reduced its non-stick effectiveness by about 50%. The heat up fast though since they are so thin. The handles also were a tad loose. Would not buy again
