tags and flash light are useless.
knife doesn't seem quality but I love the flipper on it anyways.
dispite all that I give it five stars for the multi tool, I literally cant get through a day of work without it in retail I no longer need a knife or razor, the "wire cutter" is the best tool for cutting the tape of the seems of boxes making breaking them down very fast without constantly opening and closing a knife And it fits in any 5th pocket, at first I kept it on the chain but now that stupid little tool is the most brilliant edc item I own, its small its fixed its perfect, 6 days a week this is with me, my day off I carry a real blade, but this stupid looking wire cutter completely replaced my need for a blade at work, its safer and faster use, also doubles as a fidget spinner

The knife feels very solid and came decently sharp out of the box. Its has assisted opening but is not too powerful as to make it feel dangerous or hard to close. The extras are all welcome as well though the bottle opener digs into your hand while you use it. The flashlight comes with a battery in it though they have a film to stop the battery from draining in the package that needs to be removed before use.

After using it JUST to cut boxes, the center was off and shaky blade. Sent it to Kershaw for repairs, never heard from them again.

Given the price tag, the knife, flashlight, and key chain multi-tool seem like a good value to me. The knife has become my main EDC. My biggest gripe is that this was marketed as a "4 Piece Set" and the forth piece is a faux dog tag. I was hoping it was a fire starter, or had something useful (even if gimmicky) about it, but it does not.
