We will see if this review changes from one star. After five months I have a stuck pixel that cannot be resolved with a refresh or other tricks. Unfortunately this manifests as a bright blue flashlight at night in my bedroom. I have contacted Massdrop and LG for warranty support.

sue.butlerWelp...LG says Massdrop not authorized seller so no warranty. Let's hope the vendor for the drop is... and Massdrop fixes this. Drop detail clearly states 1 year warranty.

First TV to come along in over 10 years that can compare to my Pioneer plasma. Amazing picture, amazing remote, great user interface, great sound. I was planning on buying a sound bar for this, but don’t need it - this is the first TV I’ve owned that came with great sound built in.

Best TV I’ve ever owned. Upgraded from a mid tier Sony 4K and its a world of difference. TV arrived early which was nice. Does require a signature so we had to go pick it up at FedEx but obviously it’s for good reason.

I received the TV with a hole in the box and was a bit worried. The packaging is done extremely well, and the TV is/ and was perfectly fine. I would recommend checking, and ensuring the TV is fine nevertheless just to make sure.

finally made the jump from plasma. this tv is incredible. Picture has the warmth of plasma with the definition of a 4K set. LG interface superior to samsung’s. Highly recommend.
