I bought this close to a year ago. Do yourself a favor: roll some tubes and DEFINITELY change the power cord!!! So warm and fuzzy. L8r.

RobotoIn my setup, I swapped out the stock power cord and it COMPLETELY changed the delivery. More flesh, more substance; just clean. Separation, smooth and buttery decay.... Call it woo woo, but after that initial actual test on MY amp and the substantial results that I received... I dumped more cash on pretty much every swappable interconnect in my desktop setup. Zero regrets. (I stayed in the Mid-Fi range: Audioquest Cinnamon's, NRG-2's, and NRG-3's. )

NirHafor the most part, aftermarket cables .... connect your device to the wall. nothing more nothing less. its a snakeoil thing that magical power cables create magical sound differences. the objectivist argument is that no measurable/audible differences typically. some nuts will spend upwards of 20k on a hifi power cable. its crazypants stuff. not because of the price, but because there is no audibly measurable difference. see reddit r/headphones and r/audiophile for further info ad infinitum on this. if you have an issue, throw a ferrite choke on your power cable for a buck and be done.
