Just passing through, but the bottom middle is Fujin, the god of wind. He is usually pictured with a similar god surrounded by drums as the god of thunder (Raijin). His bag is full of wind or something https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fūjin those lighters are japan only and usually run 100-150...if you can find them. i could never pull the trigger when I saw these in The Ueno area of Tokyo. Might go for it when I am there in January. Collecting American zippos is much easier on the bank account than the Japanese domestic ones!

I smoke outside 90% of the time so wind can be a factor. I'm very careful to not overfill and let it burn for a bit, seems to remove all off flavours, you are right though if fluid drips into the bowl. Good point about the interchangeability, I suppose there would be no issue having shells lying around that I pop an insert into to change it up

ApexThisSorry about that. Not our typical drop, honestly. It is technically delayed due to how long it's taken to get a final sample. We want to make sure we get this one right. We'll aim to make a formal update for everyone here. Appreciate the patience!

Hey everyone,
We're excited to launch our first limited edition Zippo lighter featuring artwork designed by a Massdrop member and voted on by the community. Thanks to everyone who submitted designs, and a special shout out of course to @jbehm for submitting this very cool "Paper Cranes" graphic image that was the community favorite!
The images you see on the page now are renderings of what it will look like, but we'll replace those with actual photos of the prototype before the drop is live on December 10th. The price will be $29.99 and our Estimated Ship Date is April 16th, 2019.
To say that Zippos are popular in the EDC community would be an understatement - members have ordered over 32,000 in group buys over the past 4+ years. Some members use them to light up, but they're useful for a lot more than that - if you have one, post a photo in the comments and tell the community what you use it for.
