Couldn't find anything in here so I'll just go ahead and ask: My headphones shipped with the first batch but I haven't gotten a tracking update in a week. They're shipping to Israel via DHL packet plus and the last update was "processed at export facility" in MT Newark DE.
Is this normal? Thank in advance

ZiggityNot sure if its normal, but let me share my experience. I bought a keycap set and live in the UK, but my delivery experience was mostly the same. it was 5 days after the processed at export facility that i got an arrival at destination country notification. so be patient
