AvCMJust my 2c reading the various reviews. Owned a f9 pro previously. Its sound sig is U-shaped with that terrible treble spike at 7k. Reducing the frequency does not make the mids pop forward either. What you get is a slightly elevated quality bass, a thinnish mids section (sounds brilliant for femal vocals but male's do not have enough thickness and body) and a reduced treble.
EDC3 should be the complete opposite since mids are the main focus while treble is rolled off. ClieOS reviews are 1 of the best for laymen in how he describes the audio presentaion in words.
